Step 1:
From Internet Explorer - click the Compatibility View button Picture of the Compatibility View button (off) on the address bar. You must be on PrintMyPixels.com or a sub-page of PrintMyPixels.com when you click the button to activate.
 
Step 2:
Your browser should automatically refresh the screen. Now try dragging a photo onto your page.
